is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and practices adult medicines. Dr. Magsino entered private practice in 2001, and quickly established herself as a caring and skilled physician, ramping up her client base. She was one of the first doctors in the immediate area to utilize paperless electronic medical reporting, enabling her to quickly track patient history, progress, etc. from home or office. She is c utting edge in this aspect, but also dedicated and compassionate, continuing to visit nursing homes and assisted living facilities. She is now offering laser and aesthetic services to fill the needs of her patient base and have medical supervision over these procedures.

Emlyn Tobillo is a certified nurse practitioner experienced wtih varied laser and hair removal treatments, and was affiliated with a renowned laser center. She currently serves as Clinical Research Director for Universal Clinical Research & Technology. Previous to 2006, Emlyn worked as a registered nurse at the emergency department of Osceola Regional Meidcal Center, and as R.N. for the Coronary Care Unit of Orlando REginal Medical Center (ORMC) as well as in various hospitals in New York. She also treats patients are our medical office.
